A package for our troops

Bailey Moore, 13, volunteers with Operation Care Package, a group in Phillipsburg, Kan., that sends care packages to local troops serving overseas. Last Christmas, Bailey put an ad in the paper asking residents to send him donations for this worthy cause, and he received $300 to spend on care packages as well as two big boxes of donated items.
