The purpose of this grant is to partner with other health foundations in the state to support a state agency in its efforts to leverage available federal funds to support the development of infrastructure and tools to improve the state's public health system, and to support the Foundation's ongoing efforts to improve public health and the overall health of Kansans through the development and accessibility of technology and data.
