Grant Purpose:
will help address the shortage of high-quality child-care options available to families with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders living in rural areas of Kansas. This project is designed to provide training seminars for about 300 child-care providers in Crawford, Shawnee, Sedgwick, Finney, Saline, and Ellis counties. By expanding the skill of child care providers, this grant hopes to increase the availability and quality of child care for Kansas children with autism.
